Recently bought an apartment through them. To be fair - they are quite professional (Ms. Ayesha) as long as the paperwork and the process is concerned. However, beyond that (especially if you plan to get the maintenance work done through them) you may expect serious lapse in accountability. As part of the deal agreed between the buyer and seller, the agency proposed to carry out some maintenance work (painting, minor fixes, deep cleaning, etc.) through their own team. Unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. Sharing some examples below: - After their maintenance team left I can see they left the newly installed floor damaged at multiple places, because of the paint marks etc. (extremely basic mistake). I requested multiple times on which they replied the work is corrected (while it's not). - I had bought several flooring and wall panels extra for my new house, to be used in future (as needed), and I specifically requested them not to throw anything without my approval; they agreed initially but then I noticed that all of those items were missing (on which they straight lied to me that none of it was there). The above are only few examples out of all the issues I've faced with them, but it does indicate the lack of professionalism and accountability. Would suggest you to lookout for some other agency (if you plan to outsource the maintence work to them as well). When you are investing your hard earned money, you deserve better standards.

Extremely Disappointed with Home Seekers and Realtor Mohamad Arslan I had a truly frustrating and disappointing experience with Home Seekers, specifically dealing with realtor Mohamad Arslan. I rented a townhouse through them and was promised certain repairs and fixes before move-in — including painting, repairs to damaged areas, and general maintenance. Unfortunately, once the payment was made, everything changed. The realtor told me he could "barely convince" the owner to do minor touch-ups, and what followed was a disaster. The unit had holes in the ceiling, a broken room door that still isn’t fixed and can’t be locked, and cheap hangers left from the previous tenant, which leave marks on the walls if removed. The kitchen closets are missing shelves, and the AC doesn’t even work. As per our agreement, I’m supposed to coordinate maintenance directly with the owner. But I was never provided with the owner’s contact details, and now Mohamad Arslan completely ignores my messages and calls. I even tried arranging a technician for the AC and needed to send the info to the owner — but I’ve been left stuck, with no way to proceed. To make things worse, after I paid the down payment, I was never informed that I would be charged a yearly renewal fee of AED 1,000 to the real estate agency. It's not about the amount — it's about the principle. Why would I pay a renewal fee to someone who has been completely unprofessional and provided zero support after the deal was closed? I strongly advise anyone considering renting through Home Seekers — especially with this agent — to proce
